STI San Pedro students attends to the STI's 14th National Youth Convention, held last February 05, 2009 at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

The yearly event gathers STI students from other branches in NCR and neighboring provinces in Luzon to witness the latest trends in Computer Technology and learn various topics that will help STIers in their continuous Real Life Education experiences. This year's convention features the theme "Cracking the Code to Success" through effective Online and Offline Communications and financial management.

The STI 14th National Youth Convention greatly manifests its success to STI San Pedro students who have attended the said event. The following comments reflects their unforgetable experiences:

The convention was awesome! No other could hold a better meaning to describe it! I never payed attention to speakers before but during the whole convention I couldn't even take my eyes away from the stage! It felt like looking away meant like commiting a crime! I loved the convention so much I can't wait for the next one! Go Go Go STI!

Feb 5 2009 nang dumalo kami sa 14th National Youth Convention ng STI. Yun yung unang beses kong dumalo sa ganung okasyon. Wala akong ideya kung anung meron o kung anung magaganap doon. Noong una ay naiinip kami, natatagalan, nagtatanong kung bakit hindi pa nagsisimula ang programa, ngunit nung mag umpisa na, masaya pala. Opening pa lang ang ganda na, ang gagaling ng mga dancer ng STI, lalo pang nabuhay ang palabas nang lumabas si Mr. Bill Cosme, yung host ng show. Grabe, astig, galing nyang maghost. Ang galing nya pang magpatawa at magsayaw. Hindi lang yun, ang gagaling din ng mga speaker nila. Bukod sa nakakatawa ang gagaling din mag eksplika ng mga topic nila. Grabe, nag-eenjoy na ako sa pakikinig, ang dami ko pang natutunan. Ok rin yung mga sounds na ginamit nila, ang gaganda. Ang hindi ko lang nagustuhan dun ay yung mga prizes kasi kahit isa man lang wala akong nakuha. Kakainis, MP3 player pa naman at ska Celphone. Sayang talaga pero sa totoo lang, masaya talaga. Sana makasama ulit ako sa susunod.

Masaya ang naging experience ko sa nangyaring convention. I never felt bored when the convention was ongoing. Nakakatawa ang mga speakers specially the second speaker. I love the topics. I find it very useful and I learned a lot of things from them. My day finished with a smile on my face.

My experience in convention are so very exciting and I'm happy specially when the lipgloss artists performs. The speakes are so nice and cool they made the students have an interest on the topic that they discuss. They don't get the students bored.

My experienced at convention was great. I enjoyed being with my friends / classmates while learning from the entertaining speakers discussing interesting topics. And most especially, I enjoy picture taking.

My experience on that STI 14th National Youth Convention was so amazing. That was a great event I ever had. I wish there's more upcoming convention at STI and congratulation for the successful 25th year.
